OPPO Bing Lee Free "Trial" Promotion Offer 2020

  • This offer is provided by OMC Electronics Pty Ltd ABN 38 168 759 046 of Suite 5.02, Level 5, 15 Talavera Rd Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (OPPO). You can contact OPPO on 1300 00 6776 between the hours of 8AM and 8PM Monday to Sunday or at support.au@oppo.com.
  • By purchasing an OPPO smartphone device through Bing Lee you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Customers who purchase an OPPO smartphone device stated below are eligible for a full refund of their OPPO smartphone device through Bing Lee under these Terms and Conditions.
  • 1. The OPPO smartphone device must be purchased from Bing Lee between 16 November 2020 to 29 November 2020,
  • 2. The return must be done in participating Bing Lee stores or online store,
  • 3. The original proof of purchase or proof of return must be provided,
  • 4. The return claim must be made within 14 days of the purchase date,
  • 5. The phone must be in original purchase condition,
  • 6. All parts and accessories from the box must also be returned,
  • 7. The IMEI of the phone must be provided at the time of return,
  • 8. The customer’s personal details (such as name, contact number and address) must also be provided at the time of return.
  • This offer applies to the below OPPO smartphones (“Eligible Product(s)”) purchased and returned through Bing Lee during the period commencing 9:00am (AEST) on 16 November 2020 and last return claim closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 13 December 2020.
  • Eligible Products: OPPO Find X2 Pro, OPPO Find X2 Neo, OPPO Find X2 Lite, OPPO Reno4 5G, OPPO Reno4 Z 5G, OPPO A91, OPPO A9 2020, OPPO A52, OPPO AX5s.
  • OPPO reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.
  • You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and Bing Lee (and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
  • This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person.
  • You may only claim the Offer within 14 days of the date that you purchased the Product.
  • You may return the Goods to a Bing Lee store of your choice provided you first contact the Customer Services Department to obtain a TN and otherwise meet the requirements of this Offer. You must provide us with the following information to validate your claim:
  • 1. Your name and contact number;
  • 2. Proof of transaction/purchase details;
  • 3. The Product serial number/IMEI, if it’s applicable (we will let you know if it is); and
  • 4. The reason that you are claiming the Offer (optional).
  • Please note though, that if you haven’t complied with the Assessment of Goods sub-section of our Returns Policy, or if in Oppo's opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to, your Offer claim won’t be accepted.
  • OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.oppo.com/au/privacy/. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer.
