7. What do I need to redeem?
Please submit the following through the individual eligible OPPO product promotion claim page: your personal details and email address for us to send you your gift with purchase, an uploaded scan or photocopy of your proof of purchase and a screenshot of the IMEI page on your eligible OPPO product.
8. What is an IMEI number and where can I find it?
The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number is a unique set of 15 digits used on GSM phones to identify each device. Your IMEI number can be commonly found on the packaging box of your OPPO device, beneath the product name and above the barcode. You can also obtain the IMEI number on your phone by going on to ‘Settings > About Phone > Status’. If you have 2 IMEI’s please use the first/top IMEI (IMEI1).
9. How long will it take for me to receive my gift with purchase?
You should allow up to sixty (60) days for the delivery of your gift from the date you receive notification from OPPO that it has received your valid claim form with proof of purchase and IMEI number and your claim has been accepted.
10. How do I track my gift?
You will receive an email notification from OPPO that it has received your valid claim form with proof of purchase and IMEI number and your claim has been accepted. A claim ID (tracking number) will be provided in this notification and you will be able to use Track My Claim page in https://oppopromotions.com.au for delivery status updates on your gift.
11. How to redeem my gift of purchase once it is approved?
Once your claim has been validated and approved*, you will receive an email containing a link that will redirect you to your specific gift of purchase product on our OPPO Store. After clicking through the link on your email, and you are on the correct gift of purchase product page, simply select the colour preferred and check out. 12. How do I take a screenshot of my IMEI number on my phone?
To screenshot your IMEI number on your phone, simply press and hold down the Power button and the Volume Down Button
