OPPO Reno4 Z 5G "Pre-Order" Promotion Offer 2020
- This offer is provided by OMC Electronics Pty Ltd ABN 38 168 759 046 of Suite 5.02, Level 5, 15 Talavera Rd Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (OPPO). You can contact OPPO on 1300 00 6776 between the hours of 8AM and 8PM Monday to Sunday or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- By pre-ordering an OPPO Reno4 Z 5G through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Participating Retailer means JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Kogan, Bing Lee, Mobileciti, Amazon Australia Store (https://www.amazon.com.au/oppo) (excludes Marketplace), Woolworths Mobile and OPPO’s online store in Australia.
- This offer applies to OPPO Reno4 Z 5G Ink Black and OPPO Reno4 Z 5G Dew White purchased through a Participating Retailer during the period commencing 9:00am (AEST) on 28 September 2020 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 11 October 2020 (Eligible Product).
- OPPO reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.
- You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Kogan, Bing Lee, Mobileciti, Amazon Australia, Woolworths Mobile (and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
- This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
- As the purchaser of an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for one gift of (1) x OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White, which has a recommended retail price of AUD $199 (incl GST) (“Gift”). You may submit a claim for the OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White by visiting OPPO's website at https://oppopromotions.com.au, completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, date of birth and address), and submitting the completed redemption form together with the proof of purchase (scan or copy of receipt) and a photo of the "About" screen on the device or the retail box from their newly purchased Eligible Product which clearly shows the serial number of the Eligible Product between 9:00am (AEST) on 28 September 2020 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 25 October 2020 (redemption period). An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White, and OPPO may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White.
- Stock for the OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White is limited to the first 500 customers and the OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White will be provided to the individuals that submit a valid and eligible claim in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White have been claimed.
- You should allow up to thirty (30) days for the delivery of the OPPO Enco W11 Earphones White from the date you receive notification from OPPO that it has received your valid redemption form and proof of purchase and your claim has been accepted.
- OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, this promotional offer.
- Eligible claimants should allow up to thirty (30) days for delivery of the Gift from the date they receive notification from OPPO that they have submitted a valid Eligible Claim. OPPO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift within 30 days from the date notification is received.
- Gifts will be delivered to mailing address submitted at the time of submitting an Eligible Claim.
- Gifts will be delivered by a courier partner of OPPO’s choosing and must be signed for at time of delivery.
- A parcel collection card will be left at the Eligible Entrant’s delivery address if no one is present at the time of attempted delivery. The Gift will then be delivered to a local courier depot for your collection.
