  • By purchasing an OPPO Reno 5G through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Participating Retailer means Optus in Australia.
  • This offer applies to OPPO Reno 5G Ocean Green or Jet Black handsets purchased through Optus during the promotional period commencing 9:00am (AEST) on 27 September 2019 and closing at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 24 October 2019; (Eligible Product). OPPO reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.
  • The redemption period is commencing 9:00am (AEST) on 27 September 2019 and closing at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 7 November 2019; (Eligible Product).
  • You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and Optus (and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
  • This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
  • As the purchaser of an Eligible Product you may submit a claim for one (1) x Bose QC35 II Headphones Black (Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II), which has a recommended retail price of AUD $499.95 (incl GST). You may, if the Eligible Product was purchased or leased through:
  • (a) Optus, submit a claim between 9:00am (AEST) on 27 September 2019 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 24 October 2019;
  • for the Bose QC35 II Black by using the Eligible Product and downloading the OPPO Promotions applications via Google Play Store on your Reno 5G, completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, date of birth and address), and submitting the completed redemption form together with the proof of purchase (scan or copy of receipt) and the IMEI number of the Eligible Product. An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the Bose QC35 II, and OPPO may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the Bose QC35 II. The promotion is only available through the OPPO Promotions app and using the eligible device.
  • There are 500 Bose QC35 II available across this promotional offer, and the Bose QC35 II Black will be provided to the first 500 individuals to submit a valid and eligible claim in accordance with the terms of These Promotions. Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all Bose SoundSport Free Wireless have been claimed.
  • You should allow up to thirty (30) days for the delivery of the Bose QC35 II Black from the date you receive notification from OPPO that it has received your valid redemption form and proof of purchase and your claim has been accepted. All updates to your claim will be accessible via the OPPO Promotions Application.
  • OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, this promotional offer.
  • OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://oppo-au.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4360/~/privacy-policy. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer and supplying the Bose SoundSport.
